The Association of Licensed Mobile Payments Operators (ALMPO), an organization that interfaces with the Central Bank of Nigeria, elect Emmanuel Oni of VTNETWORK LIMITED as the Social and Welfare Officer for the association.

Emmanuel Oni was elected alongside other officers and the tenure run from 2020–2022.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), the meeting was coordinated and co-chaired by Onuoha, Mr. Kelechi Uloh, Vice-Chairman of ALMPO, had members participating from across the country.
Other elected executives are Jay Alabraba- Paga-Chairman, Clemom Aigbogun of Teasy Mobile International — Vice Chairman; and Chidi Dire of Parkway Project as Regulatory and Compliance Officer.
Speaking on his achievements, Onuoha said his leadership had repositioned the association for effective operations and engagement with the regulators.
He also noted a stronger working relationship with the Central Bank of Nigeria on pertinent issues affecting Mobile Payment Operators and FINTEC in Nigeria.
Onuoha advised the incoming leadership to complement and expand the scope of the numerous achievements recorded thus far.
